1. Service Overview

Londontix is an official partner of London Theatre Direct Ltd., providing online booking services for London West End musical and show tickets.

2. Booking & Payment

• Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed after booking.
• Payment is processed securely via credit/debit card.
• A card that supports international payments is required.
• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).

3. Ticket Delivery

After payment, e-tickets will be sent to your email. You can present them on your mobile device or as a printed copy at the theatre.

4. Attendance

• Arrive 20–30 minutes before the show starts.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during the interval.
• Age restrictions vary by show. Check the show page for details.
• Photography and recording are strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Londontix provides a ticket booking service and is not responsible for show cancellations or changes by the producers. In the event of a show cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in Korean courts.
