本剧由 Joel Horwood（The Ocean at the End of the Lane、I Want My Hat Back）编剧，他在 2016 年为 Lyric 写出被 The Stage 称为「精彩绝伦」的 Aladdin 之后再度回归；导演为 Robin Belfield（Princess Essex、Anansi The Spider）。这部制作将带来让人无法抗拒的歌曲、笑到直不起腰的喜剧，以及 Lyric 独有的那份气质，用在最有魔力的那则童话上。
